Hello,

I need an dashboard tool in Appsmith to visualize and edit date from my spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet has two sheets
1. Players
2. Training sessions

1. Players sheet
Has basic details about the player: Name, Date of birth, Status(active inactive), Position
2. Training Sessions
Holds data about each training session: Location, Date, and players that attended the session.

Create/Edit/Delete players
Create/Edit/Delete Training sessions
Show statistics on personal level per player (Training session attendance)

We need to build a client data visualization dashboard for our marketing agency and want to do this by leveraging a low/no code solution. This client portal will require each client to sign in to interact with their data and will be embedded in a wordpress site.  We are looking to build this out in a few phases as detailed far below so that we can get up and running quickly with an MVP. As part of our email marketing service, we identify anonymous website traffic and use these leads in email and meta campaigns.

This project will import this data from google sheets and display it in a table format with a limited number of metrics around it. A copy of the raw sample data for one client can be seen here. Raw Data example

I have also mocked up a “very rough” example in DronaHQ to help provide an example of what we are looking for in phase1. The data points that we would want to display are:
Leads collected in last 7 days
Leads collected in last 30 days
Leads collected in last 90 days
Percentage of leads by gender (pie chart)
Household income (Bar chart)
Percentage of leads by age (donut chart)
Leads by day for last 7 days (Line chart)
Database of leads with select column visual

Phase 1 - Create a client portal so that each client can login and look at their data as outlined above.

Phase 2 - This will be created in subsequent weeks but the initial phase and data will need to be structured in such a way to accommodate this. Within the same client port, clients will be able to click a button to “create a new segment” This will allow them to interact with the same data from phase one but filter it based on age,gender, income etc. They will be able to save this segment for future reference and “export” the segment as a csv, via email or link via api to klaviyo, mailchimp, or meta custom audience Clients will also be able to view their list of saved segments.

Future - In the future, we will likely want to create a client self onboarding portal which would including billing and links to help documents and videos.

Platform - I have done some initial digging and feel relatively indifferent between using retool, appsmith and dronahq. Please provide a suggestion.

Data source - The underlying data source for the raw data that this will be pulled from is google sheets, this can not be changed at this time. The data that this is pulled from is read only so will need to be manipulated elsewhere.

I'm looking for someone to build a basic dashboard for a proof of concept. This is strictly a hobby project at this stage but I'm looking to get something off the ground to start conversations with potential customers.

About the product: the product is an automated spam-prevention tool for content creators.

We are an aspiring startup addressing B2B global supply chain challenges and we are looking to build a customer order management platform,

where once our customers have placed the order manually, they can log in to our platform and look into certain details regarding the Order such as Order details, Production Tracking, Related Documents, Invoices, Packing lists, and certificates, dashboard of all their running and previous orders etc etc.

The platform should be like this, we want to manually update all details in the backend and the customer will only be able to view the details and cannot do any other tasks other than if he/she has any queries they can send us a message from the available chatbot in the platform instead of sending as an email and also once any update is done the customer should be able to get a push notification of the update.

It should be a simple and clean interface

We have a number of forms that we have already created. We need to have the data layer connected in our app, and are interested in any other relevant suggestions that you may in making the app better! One of the interesting things we are trying to solve is connecting the user database that AppSmith stores to the DB, so we can draw from it directly. I think we may have about a dozen forms or so. We have not outline a data structure strategy either and figure for this first time around, it could be all stored in one spot. let me know if you have any questions.
