SSO Error: "Invalid request" When Accessing the App from the IdP


Some users of the Business Edition set up the SSO integration, and authenticate successfully, but then they try to access their app from their IdP and get the error Invalid request. This article explains why users are experiencing this issue.

For example, a user that is using SAML, tried to click the app from Okta, and received this error.
