CVS Pharmacy launched an online feedback program called the CVS Survey, which can be accessed at. In order to enhance product quality, customer service, shop cleanliness, and checkout efficiency throughout its hundreds of U.S. locations, the survey seeks to gather sincere client input. Customers immediately assist CVS in identifying areas for improvement and what is doing well by answering the survey. After just a few minutes, participants are placed into a monthly contest to win one of 200 $10 CVS gift cards or a $1000 cash reward.
