@energymentors

For students and early-career professionals entering the energy sector, Energy Mentors offers direct access to seasoned mentors who provide thesis feedback, career guidance, and hands-on project experience through its Power the Community design competition. Rather than generic advice, participants work one-on-one with professionals who have spent decades solving real infrastructure and technical challenges. Energy Mentors also supports under-resourced communities seeking practical roadmaps toward affordable, sustainable energy access, running entirely on volunteer expertise so that high-level industry mentorship stays free for those who need it most.
