Hello, because Air France is based out of Concourse J South Terminal, my experience with the airline at air france miami international airport was easy and enjoyable. For foreign travel, the terminal felt neat, up to date, and well-organized. The employees at the Air France check-in counters were nice and helpful, and they were easy to locate. Passport control and security went well and without any tension. Shopping and dining options were nice close to the gates. Waiting for the flight was made more comfortable by the cozy seating spaces.
