Error while deploying the Application

Issue

I am experiencing an error that says "The action ... has failed" on page load. Other Appsmith users have reported the same problem since the release of v1.7. The error is intermittent and occurs even though the API queries appear to have been executed. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Resolution

There seems to be a bug in the Appsmith platform where users are seeing the error message "The action ... has failed" on page load. This issue is critical and requires triaging. The Appsmith team is working on a fix for this and has created a GitHub issue to track progress.

In the meantime, users may be able to work around this issue by ensuring that the MongoDB query they are using is set to run on page load and that the Query property toggle is turned on. However, this does not guarantee that the error message will not appear.

Appsmith users can also share their apps with the support team at support@appsmith.com if they need further assistance. The Appsmith team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and has provided a public sample app and test plan for Cypress and Jest to help identify and mitigate the issue.
